The Final Landscape Structure

The final landscape structure the group created

Below are images of the central landscape structure, which the group has created. It is the dominant focal point of the exhibition and contains everything needed within it. All the information, objects, technologies, and a performance space are captivated through this central display.

The Structure/box is quite large and fills the room nicely. The tallest part of the configuration reaches almost 1.6 meters high, the shortest part is close to the ground. This object does allow for spectators to interact with the display, and also allows performers to use the display to their advantage.

This natural complex landscape contains height, elevations, stairs, planes, inverted boxes, removable parts, faces which are designed to have projections on it, corners which attach to fabrics, flat surfaces, and angled surfaces.

Over all, I think the design is really great, it holds plenty of options and advantages for the exhibit. This design offers many options for different aspects such as projections, screens, a display unit, a stage; it holds everything together, and really focuses the viewer’s attention in one place and one focal point, which is important. It should be clear what you want to communicate and this structure clearly communicates where the audience’s attention should be focused on.

This is what was produced:
